A great source of slow release nitrogen, wool pellets can also offer dynamic moisture management. During periods of heavy rainfall, wool pellets soak up excess moisture, preventing waterlogging and root damage. Conversely, in times of drought, they release stored moisture back into the soil, ensuring that plants have a consistent water supply.

Whilst we await the results of our research trials of our own pellets with Lincoln Agritech, we rely on the science of the individual product ingredients.

Wool pellets are well researched globally showing effectiveness with increased soil biological activity, shoot biomass and increased N uptake even with as little as 5g per pot (Kovacs, 2025) and equivalent to similar organic fertilisers (Bradshaw, 2022).

Our marine additive is a well researched fish waste fertiliser. Lincoln Agritech found consistently impressive results, with healthier leaves, stronger roots, and better overall development than similar products.
